Staying 100% on track with eating and 99% on track with exercise. I am walking 10000 -14000 steps a day and around 80000-95000 a week. I need to add weight lifting to my workouts. I have chosen to drink at the higher end of my HMR allowance so when I transition to eating real food at maintenance it will not take my weight back up.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
