Give a try at getting use to measuring your foods in grams or ounces. Much more accurate by far

1 cup never looks like enough by itself. it's so calorie dense though, so it's definitely a trick of the mind!

One cup of medium - grain white rice is about 150 grams

Daisy it truly isn’t enough unless you’re eating within close time to lunch meal. 😂 I plan to get a food scale at some point
