I have reached my goal!!!
7 weeks and 1 day.
I will now input another goal of just lowering by 5 more pounds. I cannot remember the last time I weighed 135, so onward I go!!!
63.5 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
