The day ( and a half) of terrible eating and drinking didn't impact my weight loss as bad as I thought it would. I did reign it in and keep super track since then, so I am sure that has something to do with it.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey I just noticed because you were in the doing well section... but did you notice you turned yellow?? I am way behind on these things so it might be just me but dance my friend dance lol
