I don't know if its cheating but I'm having my Fat day (spike) a day early this week. Its a day I enjoy but it can be a struggle and as I'm working through the night on Saturday, I'd rather not go to work in an uncomfortable state when I'd rather just get into bed!

Ive just become aware that my bathroom scales measure body fat and water content, Fat is 30.1% at the moment, so that gives me another aspect of my weight to consentrate on.

Not doing too bad on the whole :)
