It may be that your body is looking for glycogen to restore your energy. If you are expending a lot of energy your body will crave sugar to restore it. 💪

I find I like bananas they're easy and convenient with minimal prep. I see you like bananas with spots they have more sugar because they've developed more that's where the spots come from. I'm the exact opposite I don't like bananas at all with spots I prefer mine were green they have more potassium that way but they're a lot more fibrous so I can understand textually why some people find them a little off-putting. Isn't it funny how the same item can be so very different in taste and texture? I see a lot of people on here cook with plantains and I have very little experience with them but I've heard they can be very nutritious if prepared correctly and that are not very sweet so you eat them with more savory foods I've always been curious about them but never actually taken the plunge to buy them and actually experiment. Maybe one day I can prepare some appropriately cultural food with plantains rice and beans I like to prepare food from different places it allows me to try new things as well as get to learn about a different culture.

Okay. Yeah it started happening when I started working out intensely for an hour.
