Well. Today blew my caloric budget out the window. I don't eat Tim Hortons, but that muffin looked so good! And I picked what was probably the "healthiest" out of the box. Comparatively speaking that is. I was under no "healthy" delusions. I completely over ate for my evening meal, but I was just so hungry. And I still plan on 2 glasses of wine tonight. I've been under my intake goal for quite a while so I'm not worried about today. Happy almost-Friday everyone!
