It would be easy to come up with excuses and keep those excuses to avoid working out. I hurt my back last weekend, and it's still not 100%, but I can't keep not working out. I want to start walking again this weekend, and hopefully I'll be up to getting back to P90X Tuesday (since I have class late on Monday). I've felt so out of it this week, and I'm ready to get back into feeling better!! Wish me luck...
