Some days it is not about the weight but the way my body feels changing.
I’ve been swimming for an hour almost everyday for over a month. I don’t swim very fast. I get about 1000 yards done in the the hour.
My weight has gone down some but my body shape and overall energy has really improved. I’m walking more because I have more energy.
And pants that were way to tight last month are loose and comfortable this month.
Progress… slow and steady.
