udah 2 Minggu ngegym, berat badan bukannya turun malah naik wkwk 😭😭😭
padahal asupan makan sama aja, masih jalan di running pad 30 menit juga tiap hari, yg beda cuma ditambah nge-gym tp malah naik terus 🥲
87.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
