I have officially (comfortably) hit the next hole on my belt. Feeling good with the diet I’m currently working with.
I’m averaging the following daily macros / deficit -Deficit from calculated RDI (2300): 575 calories -Deficit from Net calorie expenditure: 1,203 calories (I’m pretty sure the net calculation is wrong) -Protein: 170g -Fat: 64g -Carb: 118 So far this diet has been super manageable for me. I am however excited to move into maintenance / slight surplus to attempt a clean bulk once I have dropped my body fat % just a little bit more.
