I had dinner at a friend's house last night. Amazing cook! Teriyaki chicken and broccoli cheddar chicken and rice with a screwdriver as selected beverage. Ugh! Not on my approved list but I'm allowed a cheat day,lol.
53.8 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
