Work out day always get me hyped as you can see lol. My highlight for today was completing 3 60 second planks and 3 (on each side ) 45 second side planks. Planks are so tough. After that workout was over I welcomed my walk after.
I did so great with my salt intake today. I hope I stay on that trend. I want to get better. My goal is to try to stay below 1500 like following a DASH Diet. If not at least below 2300 the daily intake.
I'm super excited to have found a new brand that doesn't have soy in its products. They make pretzels of different varieties Kathleen posted a pick about Field Day products and I went to their website and so far no soy. I was so happy there is a store in my city that sells it. I called to confirm and they checked so I hope that when we go they have what we are looking for still in stock.
