Feeling like crap this morning. Squat and deadlift numbers were abysmal. In fairness I have not done either of those workouts since 2019 and I have been in a pretty aggressive deficit for over a week. But still. Feels bad to not be able to move weight like I used to. All my other lifts were fine and continue to improve, just those two have declined dramatically. Guess I know where to focus now.
