2.5 pounds ground turkey, seasoned however you like.
Egg bites are 8 eggs, 2 cups low fat cottage cheese, season to you liking and blend then add a spoon full of ground turkey. I usually add diced onion too but forgot this time. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes with a tray of water underneath.
They would probably turn out better with 10-12 eggs and 2 cups of cottage cheese but I don’t have a second cupcake tin hah.
