I don't know why I do it? I totally sabotarged my diet! Im not on tom week and Im at my goal and desperately want to stay the weight I am now but yesturday I had half box of chocolates, three sweet weight watches puddings on top of all the food I had already eaten and then finished of the evening with two glasses of pernod and blackcurrent!I can't even bring myself to get on the cales this morning ! I f I had worked last night I would have had exercise and not had temptations! To top it all my hubby finally admitted he was wrong to moan about me dieting as I look amazing now Ive lost the weight? was that it? I m so ashamed at the food I stuffed down my neck ! over 2,500 calories why why why!
