Ooops… Tried baking tofu for the first time and forgot they’re supposed to be in bigger pieces than when I put them in a noodle soup… They’re more like tofu croutons 😳 At least they got crispy! And they taste great!

I use my air fryer for tofu all the time. Today I marinated it in sweet thai chilli sauce. It came out lovely and carmelized. I'll eat it in a salad tonight, can't wait.
