Oh dear!
I weighed myself today for the first time since June 2023, and as expected (based on having to readjust my trouser belt outwards) I have put some weight on since then.
However, I wasn't expecting exactly how much weight in all those 13 odd months - 18 pounds!!!
My own fault completely for going off the rails and not keeping tabs on my weigh-ins on at least a monthly basis. And now I've had a reality check that has put everything back into perspective.
The last time I was 177lbs (12st 9) was way back in mid 20200, and eventually almost reached target of 159lbs by around 2023. But then I stopped weighing myself and now everything gone a bit pear-shaped (almost literally).
Anyway, I am looking at my FatSecret daily calendar for 2020 to see what I was eating/exercising, and to get back on track once again. Have also reduced my daily intake from 2500 calories to 2000 cals, just like 4 years ago.
Next weigh-in will be Sunday 1st September and every Sunday thereafter.
The hard work begins now...
