In a way, they do! You may be working so hard, that you can't hear them shriek!! Our bodies break down fats into CO2 and water that gets excreted through our lungs and kidneys! So every exhausted breath, every huff and puff you make exerting yourself is really those bad boys screaming for their life!! Have no mercy! Take no prisoners!!
