Trying to remember to weigh myself when I can and without the brace on.
Today, I remembered after putting on the brace and then had to take it off to weigh myself and then back on the brace went. Rolls eyes. My Chiro/Physio Dr keeps telling me that healing is not linear. Clearly this is the case where I am concerned.

Sporting new compression stuff on my legs called Coban 2. It's a 2 layered wrap that is being used on both my legs. Actually, I will admit that it does feel more comfortable than the Tubigrip but I have to have a RN come into my home every 3 days to change it. We are actually going to do this Mondays and Thursdays since she tries not to work on the weekends. I can work with that.

Trying to keep it together so my anxiety & depression don't kick into to hard overdrive. I know I'm a strong woman but hell, when is this stuff gonna stop?!?!?!?

But at least I am still loosing weight so that is my silver lining for today ;)
89.6 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
