For breakfast, I ate a Black Forest ham and American cheese sandwich with mayonnaise and bacon bits. For lunch, my son and I had oven roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, and raw petite baby carrots (skinnier and easier to chew). For dinner, I just had a cashew butter sandwich. My stomach is still hurting pretty badly today and I'm still bloating.
