Guys this winter in South Africa has been brutal. My goal was maintaining my weight and so far so good. The weather is getting warmer and it’s lighter earlier in the day so tomorrow back to the grind working towards my goal weight. We got this 🙏🏻
95.6 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
