I'm on here to learn about cholesterol and where it's hiding. Yesterday, I got pizza for the first time since joining FS. I learned that one day of eating pizza leaves me with a daily cholesterol count of over 1,000. I hadn't really been seeing much change in my cholesterol intake until yesterday, but that was a major spike. I see why delivery pizza should be a once in a while treat for more than just financial reasons.

How and when are you testing your cholesterol?

My primary care doctor does blood work to test my cholesterol every so many months. I started tracking my cholesterol on here because doctors keep generally saying fried foods, but I haven't been eating any most of the time. We used to buy grocery store fried chicken, but we had even switched to the rotisserie chicken. So I'd been looking for an app that would help me keep track.
