I did well today...till 22.30.
I had a tense day and started eating just for the sense of relief that comes from food, I wasn't hungry.
Next time I will play with clay or use the coloring book (with shoes!!) in order to relax, or use my meditation app.
Learning how to change a habit is the first step :-)
