Still here! Still tracking! Yes! I struggled over the weekend... as usual. So this week I'm detoxing - I know that with 5 days of squeaky clean eating, I can kick the carb cravings to the curb...

Mostly I feel pretty icky when I look at my latest body shape. My fitness levels are improving. Week 4, Day 1 C25K = 3/2 + 4/3 + 4/3 + 3 (Run/Walk)... 14 minutes of running turned into over 2 miles in 30 minutes... Not too shabby for this chubby lady. In a few weeks, the results will be amazingly evident... patience! Size 12 pants, here I come!
