Good afternoon. It's amazing how fast time is going. Summer is behind us. There's some areas in the country still having their blast of heat. I saw the temperature was predicted to be 108 in Phoenix, AZ. Here in Minnesota, it's going to be in the 80's. I know that I'm not looking forward to snow. That's something I can live without. I got used to not having to deal with snow while I was living in Phoenix. Trying to stay focused on taking care of me. Some days, it's easier than others. Dealing with some stressful issues, so, some days of self care isn't as focused as it should be. I know that I'm thankful when I can get into a good place and get a good workout in. That's my escape. Workout that wears me out so I can get some sleep.
