I joined a new challenge called The Home Stretch: Ultimate Challenge. We are supposed to have a goal of loosing 2-5 pounds a week! I am super excited about it. I have been doing so great about not cheating. I mean who am I cheating when I cheat right? MYSELF! I am super motivated and have done so well. Yesterday was 5 weeks on my diet/exercise program. I have been able to indulge (in moderation) and I have a new love for food. I am discovering new things to eat to add variety to my life. I no longer eat just green beans or corn from a can, lol. I still have to give a lot of credit to my husband who has been incredibly supportive. He still won't exercise with me, but I think I may ask him to train me a bit on the weights, then I know he will work out with me. I want company to walk with, but they can't keep up with me or I can't keep up with her (JULIE--lol--if you happen to see this). It worked out yesterday though, a small group of us went and walked at our own pace. Also I have an confessed talker and if there are people around I feel I have to talk to them. I can't do this and truly exercise and push myself to my full weight loss potential. I mean, that IS why I am out there, right!
