I'm so serious about loose weight now. I plan to lose 30 pounds for Christmas, at least, so right now, it's counting and reducing what I eat and no misbehaving. I had my world rocked last night due to my weight. Whether I'll recover from that, I don't know, but to find out when I'm slimmed down. My heart might be broken but my spirit isn't.
