Good afternoon. I hope that you all are doing well. I realize that there are days and times where we have our ups and downs. There's those moments where it's a little hard to be up. I hope that we as a group can motivate each other when we're down, and encourage each other. I haven't been on this platform very long, so I'm learning from it and the encouragement I've seen so far. Thank you.
