Good afternoon. So far, it's been a pleasant Sunday. Weight is steady and I'm thankful for that. I'm trying to find some sort of snack items that I can incorporate into my diet that doesn't screw up my progress. I need to implement a little more protein into my diet. It seems like that at the end of the day, I'm pooped out. I enjoy getting out and getting my workouts in because it helps me destress. I've seen on this platform the food being put together. Some of it looks so good. There's a lot of creative choices and cooking going on. It's been a good learning experience, realizing the effect of what I'm putting in my mouth and how it affects my weight. The one thing that I've making an effort on is to stop drinking so much pop. The calories and the sugar makes a big difference. I'm trying to drink more water, and get back to drinking more juice. Got to watch the calories on the juices as well.

I'm hoping that you all are doing well on this Sunday. There's part of the country dealing with the wild fires, heat and the storms. I hope and pray that we pray for each other and help each other through all of this. Take care of yourselves and each other.

If my protein needs a little boost I drink a Bare Bones beef bone broth, 10g protein. Each day I have Nixie sparkling water. No sweetener, organic, filtered & reverse osmosis. My favorite flavors are the lime & cherry lime.
