Starts march the 1st 5 carbs or less for 3 weeks This challenges sounds so scary to so many that they are afraid to give it there best shot....Most i know will not be perfect at the beginning or at the end....i don't have it perfect myself....still working on that part...That is why it called a challenge...always trying to hit the bulls eye or as close as we can. no one has to go to the back of the line if they do not succeed. but for the ones that try just think of the possibilities... how much more you will know how it works...and if this is truly for you. ask your questions and if i can't answer i will get some one that can. The internet is full of good information and it has a lot of crap also ..just be careful and keep an open mind on the internet and don't buy nothing...what ever you need it is free...I believe in this LCHF keto life style 100%....for sure if there was any doubt in my mind I would most definitely not started this challenge. think about it...do i need the hassle to administrate this challenge. of course not....but i see great value here and want to pass it on....i want to scream to the world that 25 years of yo yo dieting i have hit the jack pot.

@lifesatrip here's an example: Breakfast - (if you eat it), Sausage/Ham/Bacon, Egg, Cheese. Lunch - Chicken, Avocado, Salad : Dinner - Fish/Chicken/Steak veggies in butter.

Hey Fred4win... You are just one pound away from your goal! Kudos! I read lots of labels while shopping today - it really helped me determine what was going in the shopping cart and what was staying on the shelf. Also it was a surprise to see how loaded some of my favs snacks are. 5 carbs per day - is going to be very tough and restrictive, but also will show us if we can get a rapid result like you are.
