9st 10 (no WW as ready too late...and knew it would be bad!) So have I been as good as I should since missing that weigh in, ready to have undone some of the damage when I go back next week? Duh! Nope :( So although it's a disappointing result today, the blame lies firmly at my door for lack of effort all round.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
