Good evening. Today was one of those days. Didn't sleep well. Roughly 4 hours. I'm tired. Physically, my exercise schedule today was difficult. Tried exercising. Overall, managed to get an hour in. It's amazing what stress will do. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
