Good afternoon. I hope all is well. It's amazing what a good night sleep will do. God Blessed me with 8 hours of sleep. I was dragging yesterday. Depression will take a toll on me. Yesterday was one of those days. It's the pits when I need to get up and get at it, but not motivated. Thankfully, getting a good night sleep, allowed me to feel better and motivated. I was feeling run down. I'm making a conscious effort to make sure I'm eating. I did pick up some vitamins , and have been taking them over the last couple of days. I've had those who know my situation, tell me how important self care is. I'm making a conscious effort to make sure I take care of myself. I have too. There's some decisions that I've made regarding my situation. I don't like making decisions based on emotions because I will get into trouble every time. I've been praying about it. There's times where patience isn't always a virtue with me.
