Well after 1yr ago (February 2015) being diagnosised with Renel cell carcinoma I am back doing my thing and hoping to lose a few pounds. Actually more then a few more like 78lbs. My wonderful wife is doing the same diet as well and wants to lose more. So here's to extreme dieting and cutting carbs.....
