I've been eating more protein, drinking protein drinks and as much water as possible. I'm so afraid of food though that I feel this morning's eggs and sausage, while meant to give me more protein, will backfire. Do hope I am wrong tomorrow when I weigh in at the gym. Went and worked out last night and it felt great. I want to keep this momentum up. It's only been a week. Yikes.
