I am on a SEE food diet you see it and then you eat it........No not really, it is a real sea food diet...here in the land of the Philippines there is so much fresh fish available...we are blessed here...just go down to be harbors and wait for the boats to come in early in the morning and see the different kinds they have and then haggle...my wife likes tuna...it's not my favorite...Dorado (Mahi Mahi) 50 pesos a kilo (47 peso is $1.00 here) is the one i like the best. great big chunky fakes and no fish taste to it at all... 2 to 3 feet long and they will fillet for you...yuck! don't like bones. I will eat fish for the next couple days to get back on track.

Want to see what they look like cut and paste or click below.

My weight loss was slowing down and i needed to make adjustments before it stopped. after much needed advice from many i follow philmck's advice and made the adjustment in adding more good fat and less protein...and wolla! 2 days down 2 lbs. what a difference it makes...some times we get in a rut and don't realize it. I believe that fat secret is the best place to be when that happens..and please folks only follow the advice from the ones that have been there and done that...you get my point.

I love fish - it is just so darn expensive here :-(

Thanks for the comments guys...Fish can be as low as .40 cents per kilo when plentiful.... because it is always hot here in the dry season...Chicken $4.50 kilo is the most expensive here followed by beef and pork $4.00 kilo. but still that is more than 2 lbs for the kilo. Fish is the main item available here...and plenty of it and all the markets and fishermen compete to sell there catch... if you like to haggle this is the place to be....and they expect you to haggle....
