I have missed a few days. Not been feeling the best, and been busy.
Still at 211 though! That's a good thing for me. Slowly getting into the exercise thing. taking stairs but still have to watch out for the knees. the toes are healing nicely.
breakfast I had a breakfast bar, and for lunch I am having a can of veg. beef soup. no crackers. I have taken out the chicken breasts so hoping they are unfrozen for supper. I am afraid I am not able to do the food intake recordings as well with this new IPhone as I was the old android one. will take some getting used to I guess.

How were the chicken breasts? We had pork chops n brown rice and veggies and grilled onions :-P I'll try and help you with the app Saturday.
