Will be working from 7 am to 11 30 pm. packed my lunch for a long day. Stomach kind of upset so i had a green tea with nuts for breakfast. Lunch was my usual protein shake with soy milk. I packed a goat cheese wrap and cottage cheese and fruit for later. plan on going to yoga tomorrow and Sunday.
