I'm back! Finally figuring out my iPhone with this program. Now I got a Apple Watch hope to be able to do better with everything! My awesome daughter Misty gave me a early Mothers day gift!
Still working on eating better but at least I'm eating again. A little more exercise and I will be good to go! Have shoes on for the first time in 6 weeks comfortably. Makes it easier to walk!
95.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
