I just did a work out with Leslie... Didn't make it the whole mile but almost ! .67 mile ..
Hips and toes bothering me so had to quit for awhile..
Burned 118 calories according to my watch!! Sweet!
Heart rate 77 now. Should of checked while walking...
95.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
