Well, I have not been doing any of the things I need to be doing. The result - weight gain. Went to Diabetes Dr this morning, my numbers were still in control but the trend is not good. My doctor is awesome, she has mandated that I fax my numbers to her weekly. That kind of accountability helps. You should see me back on here more frequently. If you don't see me logging PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE hit me on this site. I need the accountability.
