c25k w4d3 was Sunday. Ben came with me this time. He was all "this is too slow" at first, but then he started running out of steam. Wasn't sure he'd make it through the last running interval, but we managed. He even put in a little sprint at the end, so I had to speed up to catch him. :) On to week 5!
