I worked my day away. Lots of exercise helping my daughter clean closets and cupboards. Did extremely well with my food plan until dinner, which I cooked. Breaded meatloaf and vegetables, which I know sounds like a great dinner, it was, PORTION CONTROL is my problem. I make this so seldom, I have a hard time stopping with a proper serving size. I will do better.

I make my meatloaf in individual portions. That way it is obvious how much I get to eat. I don't make enough for leftovers or seconds, because if there is extra we will eat it & we don't need to over eat. Besides, my family will not eat leftovers BUT I will!
