Well I had to succumb to restarting fresh with a fresh outlook since I have been in a terrible slump and have gained back quite a few pounds since the holidays. This will allow me to wipe away the depressing sight of my recent failures and start fresh in this current year. I have gone over my history and see where my deviations occurred and what was going on in my life at the time to formulate some strategies for handling events like that without turning to food. I am hopeful that I will be able to achieve my final goal by September by losing around 10 pounds per month. Now that the weather is getting nicer I will be able to get out and do some walking to increase my exercise levels. I am very optimistic, but even if it takes longer I am prepared to finish it once and for all!!!
