Slept well, up at 7:55. Med's taken with water. Took Metamucil also. Left for Y at 11am. Did nustepper about 3 and 1/2 hours...16740 steps and greater than 950 calories. Got home about 4pm. Eloise called and still at her daughters and will be there tomorrow too.
