tried to have a fast day on a Friday 😂😂😂😂it's been going so well but I just made a wine appointment for later on . 😊 wonder what possessed to think that I can fast on a Friday . arg 😂😂😂😂 enjoy your weekend guys and do not fast on weekends , it's just a trap .

Here's a tip : If u fast for as long as u can on a Friday, it still counts and makes a difference even if u break it at dinner time :D Enjoy!!!

Laughing at myself so hard , yhea my calories are still under 350 , not sure what I'm gonna have for dinner yet but I'll make sure I still stay below my recommended calorie allowance .
