So far so good. I've been following the diet reasonably well, not to the tee, but good enough. I have seen a steady decrease. This last week has been hard though. I've been adding fruit and some starches little by little and all I want to do is keep eating the fruit. I've been walking so that's been helping and I'm trying to keep busy so that I don't eat out of boredom the way I used to but it's a bit hard. Oh well, we'll see how this next week goes. I reached my first goal, out of the 20's now on to the next, out of the teens.
