I know it looks like a huge loss, but half of that has to be water. This was a restart after eating fast food for two weeks and a big gain. It really shows how bad that great tasting food really is. So much fat and so many carbs lol. Not to mention a few visits to the Italian bakery lol. Anyway, back on track now and not letting this big loss go to my head since I know I'll probably go back to my 1-2 pounds a week most of the time with plateaus in-between. Hopefully by the end of the summer I will be at goal, but if not, then by the end of the year :) Hope everyone is meeting their challenges head on and keeping on track.
