Having a good week. Doing a DEXA today to get a true measurement of my body fat. Next week I am doing a test to see my true RMR - resting metabolic rate.

Doing these test and going to my in-laws for birthday weekend is cutting into my workout time. I will be sitting in the car for at least 6 hours this weekend. Hope the weather is nice so I can get in some walks or do some body weight exercises. Going to try to bring some healthy snacks-protein shakes/protein bars etc because rarely is the good at the in laws healthy. Will keep tracking my calories my best over the weekend. I found out last night we are leaving a day earlier. I like my in laws but I don't like not having control over my nutrition/food or having my workouts! Wish me luck
